2 LSE, 2 invul 1 dc and 3 extender rigs for tank, don't need anything else. The rest is kinda ok.

Swap second painter for a f-s9 LSE and I agree. Unless you're running solo there will be other drakes to paint the target, 2 painters per drake are a waste of tank (namely, about 15, 20k ehp per drake)

If you have the CPU implant or switch the DC for a best named then it fits (and is likely better as pointed out). Last time I checked best named DC's were mental expensive and I'm quite cheap though.
Sorry forgot to tell... Swap third BCU for PDU. If you're going in a fleet then your singular dps isn't that important.

Agreed. There IS a reason why the drake is so universally used.
The reason is: it's a GOOD ship. And an effective pvp ship too. If you're trying to solo pvp with it though, you fail.
